Sr. Associate – Digital Adoption | New Delhi
Job description:
We are seeking a young and passionate candidate to join us as Sr. Associate/Specialist – Digital Adoption. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and managing user journeys on Digital Adoption Platform – WalkMe, that are aimed to enhance user experience and drive user adoption. Associate / Sr. Associate role will be offered based on relevant experience and skillset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build Digital Adoption solutions for Chegg’s platforms on WalkMe:
o Designing, conceptualizing, and building user journey workflows using various WalkMe apps to help users adopt new features.
o Designing and developing interactive WalkMe guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs to assist users in navigating through digital platforms and applications.
o Customize and configure WalkMe elements, such as SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Launchers, and Surveys, under the guidance of experienced team members.
o Testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and optimal user experience of WalkMe solutions across different devices and browsers.
o Use Amplitude and WalkMe analytics to monitor goals, user behavior, and engagement levels across all WalkMe content. Creating track events and funnels to derive actionable for increasing adoption.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such JIRA & CONFLUENCE, including product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and subject matter experts, to gather frequirements and define the scope of WalkMe projects
o Continuously explore new and innovative ways of utilizing WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform to engage Experts while also leading initiatives that drive sustainable behavior change among Experts
Must Have Skills:
· 3+ years' hands-on experience on digital adoption platform like WalkMe or similar.
· 5+ years' experience in B2C marketing function, preferably with a digital service/ecommerce organization.
· Experience in working on project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
· Working knowledge of jQuery and HTML/CSS.
· Problem solving mindset with ability to analyze large datasets to identify action items.
· Agility - Open to multi-tasking, taking up new challenges, every day
Good to have skills:
· Knowledge of learning design principles and instructional design
· Working knowledge and implementation experience for CRM solutions like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze or similar tools.
· Working knowledge of figma
