The following are the requirements for the job position:
- The candidate must have a postgraduate degree and possess excellent English writing and verbal skills.
- The candidate should have prior experience in content editing, proofreading, copy editing, content quality, content writing, and quality check and should be responsible for content review.
- The candidate must be capable of performing both manual and digital proofreading tasks.
- The candidate should have sound knowledge of translation (Hindi to English, English to Hindi).
- The candidate must be able to handle all editorial operations independently and monitor overall processing.
- The candidate should know about content management systems.
- The candidate should have the ability to adapt to changing situations and work well as part of a team.
Hindi Language and English Language-specific copy editing and proofreading
Requirements
- You will work closely with senior editors and development editors to develop content for Mittsure's school products for Classes 1 to 8 (all Subjects).
- Your role will be to provide editorial support, including grammar checks, sentence rephrasing, paraphrasing, and checking the structure/flow of the content, following the Style Guidelines and templates.
- Research the background of the title assigned to you, so that you have a basic understanding of the subject and class level.
- As a Copy Editor, you will be handling multiple titles and editors at a time, so you must be good at multitasking and keeping track of your follow-ups and deadlines.

Proven customer support experience of 6 months+ in an inbound customer care process and willing to work in 24/7 environment (Work from office) 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters 7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 8.
