Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sr Manager / AVP Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that support the organization's business objectives. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles across multiple functions and geographies. You will also lead a team of recruiters, providing coaching and guidance to support their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates, negotiating offers, and managing the onboarding process
  • Develop and implement processes to measure and improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function, including metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire), data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend ways to enhance employer branding
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and apply that knowledge to improve our recruiting processes and strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Provide coaching to the talent acquisition team to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality talent acquisition services to the business.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving industry.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, strategies, and best practices, including experience managing high-volume recruiting processes for multiple functions and geographies.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience using data to drive talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different levels and functions of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience leading and coaching a team of recruiters.
  • Experience developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the talent acquisition process.
