Karnavati University (KU) is a State Private University located in Uvarsad near Gandhinagar, the capital city of Gujarat state in India. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. As a Sr. Manager - Sales & Marketing (Law School), your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the sales and marketing team for the Law School. You will be responsible for driving student enrollment by promoting the programs and services offered by the Law School.


  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies aligned with the institution's goals and objectives to attract and enroll qualified students.
  2. Networking: Develop and manage the existing network of channel partners and consultants PAN India.
  3. Admissions Process Management: Ensure efficient and effective admissions processes from inquiry to enrollment, including application review, interviews, admissions decisions, and enrollment assistance.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor admissions trends, evaluate recruitment strategies, and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  5. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with schools, educational consultants, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand recruitment networks and enhance the institution's reputation.
  6. Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to admissions and enrollment, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
  7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on admissions performance, progress toward goals, and key metrics for senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of the legal education industry and trends
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
