Job Description

Job Summary:

KC Overseas Education is hiring a Senior Manager / AVP Growth, to grow our UK business and drive revenue growth , market share and profitability. This role will be responsible for managing overall Growth for the assigned geography through effective sales strategies, team management, Operational effectiveness, and customer relationship management. You will develop a strong governance mechanism for growth to ensure the overall growth goals are being met or exceeded.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies through the Sales / Operations team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to create and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Business Development:

  • Identify, pursue new and exciting business opportunities, including University partnerships, collaborations, and recruitment partner acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within recruitment partners and Universities..
  • Attend industry conferences, regional seminars , and networking events to promote KC Overseas.

Sales, Operations and Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, including revenue forecasts, pipeline management, and sales conversion rates.
  • Utilize Reporting software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams such as Operations , Partner Relations teams to streamline sales processes and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Operations:

  • Lead and manage a team of Operations representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions for new tie ups
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / MBA, or equivalent degree
  • Proven track record of success in Business Development and Growth, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Will require to travel about 10 days in a month
  • Experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
