Job Description
Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement
• Prepare Annual Recruitment plan and ensure execution of the plan.
• Track planned Vs. Actual progress of recruitment activities.
• Lead and direct the HR team to deliver manpower requirements.
• Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activities and campaigns.
• Plan and execute campus Recruitment activities.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Prepare Annual employee engagement plan, map the activities calendar and ensure execution of the plan.
Performance Management
• Design and develop Performance management modules for various departments like academics and non academics.
• Coaching HOD’s on performance management process.
• Ensuring timely completion of Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual performance reviews.
Learning & Development
• Providing guidance on development for team leaders, mentors and their teams, analyze training needs to design programs for employee development in the areas of communication, soft skills, behaviour and management.
• Implementing the training and development module; identify areas that needs attention and improvement.
Personnel Management
• Employee relations: managing absence, discipline, grievances etc.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes and improvements in existing procedures.
• Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.
HR Operations
• Preparing and managing annual HR budget.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and leave reports.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
• Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Education : MBA / equivalent in Human Resource Management
Competency Requirement:
Knowledge:
• Should have strong understanding of HR concepts & applicable employment laws
• Should have a professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals.
• Should be updated with New trends and practices of Human Resource Management.
Skills:
Functional : Well versed with tools , techniques or software require for HR Functions like: MS Office (excel,word, power point presentation), payroll software, Various Job portals etc.
Behavioral: The person should be polite, proactive, approachable, good listener, speaker with leadership, decision making and problem solving skills. Should have ability to build rapport quickly with key team members.
Orientation:
• Candidate should have working experience from Corporate HR in any good service industry. Preferably from Education industry.
• Can be explored from Manufacturing industry if The candidate is exceptionally good.
Non Desirable / Non Essential:
Candidate from core personnel / MSW background and from IT industry not required.
The position is based at Satellite Area in Ahmedabad few days in a week candidate need to visit Santej Area for work, company transport at the specific time is also available.
