The Analyst, Delivery & Strategy will perform analytics, will contribute to short- and long-term projects and strategic initiatives, and will support day-to-day operations related to Kaplan North America’s university and higher education corporate clients. Products and services provided by Kaplan to these clients include but are not limited to support of online and in-person degree programs and non-degree programs, as well as coaching, advising, and career services. The Analyst’s role will include problem solving, conducting data analysis, and executing research.
He/she will conduct structured analysis, assess results, and communicate insights and recommendations through written communications including Email, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word; proficiency in Excel is required. He/she will be responsible for collaborating across internal teams to ensure project completion as well as collaborate on analysis and assess next steps. Attention to detail and the ability to work semi-autonomously in a deadline, client-centered environment is important.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete market and client-specific analyses to assess and interpret data, compare client progress relative to internal and external targets, and proactively identify opportunities.
Contribute to projects and strategic initiatives for these partnerships by defining problem statements, solutioning, working across teams, conducting market research, performing data analysis, and communicating findings.
Support day-to-day operations for Kaplan North America’s university and corporate client partnerships via conducting project management, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and doing analysis, and communicating progress with clients.
Interpret financial statements to gauge client performance drivers and results.
Work in a team-based environment to brainstorm concepts for new products/markets and develop solutions to support client growth and continuous operational improvement.
Recommend and help prioritize Kaplan business actions and strategic priorities.
Manage the gathering of inputs from various internal functions to build comprehensive reporting for internal presentations.
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
30-day notification period preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Marketing, Economics or Business
2+ years experience
Strong analytical mind-set, critical thinking skills, and persuasion skills
Able to work independently
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Advanced skills in Excel with experience in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Experience in consulting, strategy or education industry
