Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Strategy and Planning Assistant at Woxsen University.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Develop and maintain a system for tracking progress on strategic initiatives
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with the institution's strategic plan and objectives
• Coordinate follow-up actions from strategic planning meetings
• Communicate updates, deadlines, and expectations to relevant stakeholders
• Provide support to teams implementing strategic initiatives
• Analyze data related to initiatives, including performance metrics and stakeholder feedback
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing progress and areas for improvement
