Job Description:
Guardians EdTech is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Student Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating various aspects of student engagement, including trainer assignments, online class logistics, WhatsApp group management, student onboarding, and overall batch coordination. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong ability to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) portal.
Responsibilities:
- Trainer Assignment:
- Coordinate the assignment of trainers to different batches based on expertise and availability.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between trainers and students.
- Online Class Logistics:
- Create and manage links for online classes, ensuring seamless connectivity for both trainers and students. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online classes in collaboration with the IT support team.
- WhatsApp Group Management:
- Maintain and monitor WhatsApp groups for different batches to facilitate communication and collaboration. Ensure that important announcements, updates, and resources are shared with the respective groups.
- Student Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new students, providing them with the necessary information and resources. Address any queries or concerns from students regarding the onboarding process.
- Batch Coordination:
- Serve as the central point of contact for students, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with various teams to ensure smooth batch operations.
- LMS Portal Management:
- Proficiently manage the Learning Management System (LMS) portal, including content updates, user management, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the technical team to enhance the functionality and user experience of the LMS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating educational programs or projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online education platforms.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
