Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Student Counselor at Beyon Education located in Chennai. As a Student Counselor, your responsibilities will include providing counseling to students, assisting with career guidance, ensuring effective communication with students, providing excellent customer service, and promoting education. Digital marketing knowledge an added experience. 2 years relevant experience in similar industry will be an added qualification. Qualifications • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong knowledge of education systems and procedures • Experience in providing guidance to students • Empathy and ability to understand students' needs and concerns • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field
