Here are some our highlights: — 5 years we are operating (11 total) — 30+ team members in Indian Department — 10,000+ students enrolled — 250 partner schools and universities — 200+ modern subjects to study virtually Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Enrollment Counsellor to join our team in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The primary responsibility of this role is to counsel students and assist them in enrolling in our online programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our program offerings, and a passion for helping students succeed in their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational needs, goals, and interests. • Provide detailed information about Educate-Online's online programs, including course offerings, curriculum structure, admission requirements, and benefits. • Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by students regarding our programs, admissions process, or online learning environment. • Guide students through the enrollment process, including assisting with application forms, documentation requirements, and payment procedures. • Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, or in-person meetings to provide additional information, clarify doubts, and encourage enrolment. • Collaborate with the admissions team to track and monitor student inquiries, applications, and enrolments in our online programs. • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and enrolment outcomes in the CRM system. Qualifications: • Previous experience in student counselling, admissions, preferably in an educational institution or online learning environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools. • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving student enrolment targets. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate student schedules. • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage. • Must be based in Haridwar, or Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
