Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Telecaller & Counsellor at Clat Possible - India located in Lucknow. As a Telecaller & Counsellor, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with prospective students, providing them with accurate information about our coaching programs and admission processes, guiding them on the best course of action, managing front office and inventory. By leveraging your communication skills, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling talented individuals into our programs.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of law entrance exams and the admission process
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential students
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (law background is a plus)
