Key Responsibilities:

As a Student Engagement Associate within the Career Services Team, your primary role is to streamline communication between students, faculty, trainers, and other Career Services Team members. Serving as a liaison, you ensure that all parties are well-informed, supported, and their needs are met. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Communication Hub:

• Act as the main point of contact for students seeking career services-related information, assistance, or guidance.
• Serve as a bridge between students and Career Services Team members, ensuring transparent and timely communication.

Student Coordination:

• Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and events for students.
• Assist students in accessing Career Services Team resources and support.
• Address student queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Facilitate Engagement:

• Encourage student participation in career-related activities and networking opportunities.
• Promote and coordinate student attendance at various events and workshops.
• Cultivate a supportive environment for student interaction with faculty, trainers, and industry experts.

Support and Guidance:

• Provide students with information on available career services, including placements, internships, and alumni engagement.
• Offer guidance on utilizing resume-building tools, interview preparation materials, and industry insights.
• Identify and address any challenges students may encounter in their career development journey.

Feedback Collection:

• Gather and organize student feedback on career services, training programs, and events.
• Collaborate with the Career Services Team to implement improvements based on student input.
• Regularly report student feedback to enhance service quality.
