Key Responsibilities:
As a Student Engagement Associate within the Career Services Team, your primary role is to streamline communication between students, faculty, trainers, and other Career Services Team members. Serving as a liaison, you ensure that all parties are well-informed, supported, and their needs are met. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communication Hub:
- Act as the main point of contact for students seeking career services-related information, assistance, or guidance.
- Serve as a bridge between students and Career Services Team members, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
Student Coordination:
- Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and events for students.
- Assist students in accessing Career Services Team resources and support.
- Address student queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Facilitate Engagement:
- Encourage student participation in career-related activities and networking opportunities.
- Promote and coordinate student attendance at various events and workshops.
- Cultivate a supportive environment for student interaction with faculty, trainers, and industry experts.
Support and Guidance:
- Provide students with information on available career services, including placements, internships, and alumni engagement.
- Offer guidance on utilizing resume-building tools, interview preparation materials, and industry insights.
- Identify and address any challenges students may encounter in their career development journey.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather and organize student feedback on career services, training programs, and events.
- Collaborate with the Career Services Team to implement improvements based on student input.
