The Student Recruitment Executiv at GIBS Business School plays a pivotal role in the admissions process for the PGDM & BBA programs. Key Responsibilities:
· Evaluate applications for the PGDM & BBA programs, review Statement of Purpose (SOP) documents, and conduct interviews for GIBS Business School admissions.
· Maintain accurate records of the selection process, collaborating closely with the Admissions and Marketing departments to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with external vendors, consultants, prospective students, and parents to provide comprehensive program information and guidance.
· Play a pivotal role in converting prospective applicants into admitted students by employing persuasive communication and engagement tactics.
· Handle walk-in inquiries professionally, actively participate in admissions events, and generate insightful reports detailing candidate interactions.
· Demonstrate adept interpersonal skills, proficient multitasking abilities, and a strong command of CRM software to manage student interactions effectively.
· Contribute significantly to GIBS' pursuit of academic excellence and community-building by facilitating a seamless and engaging admissions experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
· A bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field (preferably business administration, education, or related discipline).
· Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse candidate pool.
· Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating application materials.
· Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills to ensure accuracy and transparency.
· Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools for efficient interaction management.
· Empathetic and patient approach when counselling students and addressing inquiries.
