• Pre-class engagement, Batch Launch activities & Know your Learners to improve the learning experience of the trainees.
• In class hosting, Q&A facilitation, assignment & project evaluation, demo class management, project submission coordination.
• Support participants throughout the course journey.
• Enable the successful completion of the course by the participants. Deliver instructor led classroom training and tracking its impact.
• Own engagement of participants through tech led processes, stay sharp on content, delivery skills and know what participants are asking for.
• Monitor and improve NPS and drive obsession towards achieving a high NPS. Generating & maintaining MIS – reporting and reviewing reports to the management.
• Understanding the queries of candidates and assisting them with proper resolutions.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Training Team / Sales Team.
• Education Qualification – Graduate Preferred Skills – Ms. Excel, good communication, proactive & objection handling
