Experience Requirement: Ideal candidate has internship to 1 year of experience in Sales or Counseling. Building Rapport: Responsible for establishing rapport with students and their parents. Understanding Student Profile: Should have a good understanding of the student profile. CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial. Target Achievement: Maintain good target records. Lead Generation: Open to generating leads from different sources. Travel: Must be open to traveling. Event Attendance: Open to attending Virtual events and Physical events/seminars/Webinars. Requirements: Freshers to 1 year of experience in Sales. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Prior experience in sales/knowledge of sales tools is a plus.
