Job Description:
To provide expertise in the specific subject area, ensuring that the curriculum, teaching methods, and resources are current, relevant, and of the highest quality within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Review and evaluate the existing curriculum for relevance and currency.
• Recommend updates, enhancements, and modifications to ensure the curriculum is aligned with industry standards and trends.
• Work in the development of new courses or modules within the subject area.

Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality teaching & study materials, including lecture slides, assignments, projects, examinations, tests and case studies.
• Collaborate with the content development team to create multimedia resources, e-learning modules, and other digital content.

Training & Development:

• Align with the HR department in the hiring process to interviewing and finalizing of academic team.
• Conduct virtual or physical (as per need) training sessions for faculty to ensure they are equipped to deliver the updated curriculum effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies and cascade this knowledge to the teaching team.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor the delivery of the subject across.
• Gather feedback from students, faculty, and industry experts and make necessary adjustments to the curriculum and teaching methods.

Industry Collaboration:

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
• Facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and seminars by industry experts.
• Collaborate with industry partners for live projects, internships and placements for students.
• Participate in relevant industry conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Student Engagement:

• Provide mentorship, training and guidance to students on advanced topics, projects, or career-related queries.
• Assist in organising subject-specific events, hackathons, competitions, or workshops for students.

Technical Requirement:
