Job Description

Position: Subject Matter Expert - Language and Communication

Location: Mysore

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibility

  • Develop well-researched content on Language and Communication and keep it updated.
  • Design and develop Language and Communication related content for K-12 sectors.
  • Contextualize and develop technical content related to Language and Communication as per the learning requirement.
  • Conceptualize gamification as and when required.
  • Utilize the industry’s best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders like SMEs and curriculum managers for devising the content.
  • Curate the content to deliver the learning outcome.
  • Development of technical-based content based on Instructor-led training videos.
  • Development of FAQ & scripts, hand-outs, etc.
  • Development of Language and Communication-related training modules.
  • Develop Learning Curve Analyzers to gauge the Learning Outcomes(Assessments/Practices).
  • Manage the Team and handle the tasks accordingly. Maintain a smooth flow of operations involved within the Team.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • CELTA or TESOL or TESL certified.
  • MA in English literature or any other equivalent degree.
  • A soft skill trainer with a literature background or who has an experience in curriculum development or textbook making.
  • Experience in teaching K 12 sector for at least 2 years.
  • 2Yrs+ experience in e-learning Technical content development.
  • An impeccable grasp of English
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Experience in the E-learning industry will be preferred.
  • Good time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Proficiency in the usage of computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Tools such as Articulate, and Captivate will be an added advantage.
  • Strong writing, verbal, listening and presentation skills.
