Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a TGT English Teacher. The English teacher's primary responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback to students. Additionally, the English teacher must engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language and Literature or a related field
• Teaching Certification for Primary and Secondary Schools
• Experience in teaching English language and literature for at least 2-3 years
• Ability to create and deliver engaging lesson plans that facilitate active learning and encourages student participation
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with students, parents, and other faculty members
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple classes, students, and responsibilities
• Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and school events
• Possessing knowledge and proficiency in modern software technologies for teaching is a plus
