TGT English Teacher for CISCE School in Rajkot (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our prestigious CISCE School. As a TGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students in grades 6 to 10. You will play a crucial role in shaping the language skills and literary appreciation of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CISCE curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach English language and literature to students in grades 6 to 10, ensuring effective delivery of the subject matter.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies and techniques to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
• Encourage students to develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to English language and literature, such as debates, elocutions, and literary events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the English curriculum, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English 
• B Ed qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a TGT English Teacher, preferably in a CISCE School.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, literature, grammar, and composition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the academic and personal development of students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid teaching certification is preferred.
