Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in the assigned subject area, following the CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that effectively engage students and promote conceptual understanding.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
• Act as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, ethical behavior, and a positive attitude.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure student engagement through interactive and participatory teaching methods.
• Maintain a gap between personal and professional life, avoiding unnecessary involvement with colleagues and students.
• Fluently communicate in English, both written and verbal, to effectively deliver lessons and interact with students and colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge to effectively utilize technology in the classroom.
• Strong conceptual understanding of the subject area.
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
• Effective teaching skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
• Professional ethics and a commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment.
• A good self and team motivator, encouraging students and colleagues to strive for excellence.
• Ability to engage students and make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
