Website : https://metaapply.io/ Job Description- Talent Acquisition Specialist What S/He will do Role Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization in India. This position requires a proactive individual with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the Indian job market. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities: 1. Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. 2. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. 3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation. 5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. 6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. 8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. · Proven experience of 5+ in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment. · In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. · Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
