JOB PURPOSE

  • The role holder is responsible for the recruitment activities Pan India and supporting the Corporate HR Head in the implementation of recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a cohesive talent acquisition strategy to meet the staffing needs, aligning with the overall business
  • Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs
  • Benchmarking emerging talent strategies
  • Leads the recruitment activities and develops staff in the recruitment team
  • Supervises, develops and provides guidance to the recruitment team
  • Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends
  • Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding by implementing offline as well as online initiatives
  • Preparing, reviewing and monitoring annual budget for recruitment
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining JD repository
  • Responsible for key recruitment metrics like TAT, hit rate etc
  • Responsible for PAN India hiring
  • Ensure use of the Application Tracking System and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment.
  • Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies.
  • Work on cost effective methods of hiring effectively across levels.
  • Enhancing candidate engagement and pre boarding experience
  • Clear understanding of the organizations policies and growth prospective

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters or Equivalent in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • Atleast 10 years of Experience in Recruitment especially in education industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
  • Proven track record into hiring leadership positions
