Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
• Source and identify high-caliber candidates for leadership positions through various channels, including online recruiting platforms, professional networks, and headhunting.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for leadership candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct Talent Acquisition (TA) audits in schools to identify potential future leaders and build strong relationships with academic institutions.
• Update and maintain a comprehensive recruiter tracker system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
• Assist in manpower planning by analyzing future talent needs and developing strategies to address them.
• Conduct training sessions for Talent Acquisition executives in schools, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
• Manage employee referral program by screening candidate profiles, schedule interviews and manage referral payout
• Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of new hires.
• Implement innovative strategies to source and attract top talent in a competitive market. Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate etc.) and generate reports to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
• Proficient in MS Office tools including advanced knowledge of MS Excel mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Ability to travel for school TA audits and trainings
