Teacher in Hyderabad (Job Vacancy)

Location: Kondapur and Nanakramguda Job Brief:  We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Neldrac Early Learning Centres. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development principles. Your role will be to foster an environment where young children can learn and grow, preparing them for the next stage in their educational journey. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational program tailored to preschool children. • Utilize a range of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to engage and educate children. • Monitor each child’s progress, helping them enhance their social skills and self-esteem. • Encourage positive interactions among children and guide them in resolving conflicts. • Foster children’s artistic and practical skills through a well-structured curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.). • Supervise children during nap and snack times to ensure their safety. • Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s progress and background. • Collaborate effectively with other educators. • Maintain a clean and safe classroom in accordance with health and safety standards. Requirements: • A strong understanding and commitment to child development principles and early learning educational methods. • Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms. • Excellent communication and instructional skills. • Ability to mediate between children and parents. • A calm, friendly, and reliable demeanor. • A balance of creativity and practicality. Education: • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with preference given to candidates with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. • Certification in child CPR is preferred. Experience: • Proven experience as a Preschool/Early Learning Educator is preferred. • Voluntary experience in a similar role will also be considered. Additional Information: • We adhere to Australian EYLF, NQF, NQS Concepts across all our Preschools and Early Learning institutions. Comprehensive training in these concepts will be provided and completion of all required training is mandatory. Salary: • ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month.
