Teacher Onboarding (Job Vacancy)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Sr. Associate - Tutor Onboarding to join our growing team at Cuemath. As a Sr. Associate Tutor Onboarding, you will play a critical role in recruiting, screening, and onboarding qualified tutors to our platform. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for tutors throughout the onboarding process, from initial contact to activation on our platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for education and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard high-quality tutors to our platform, in alignment with the company's tutor acquisition goals and standards.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new tutors, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and verifying qualifications and credentials.
• Communicate effectively with prospective tutors via email, phone, and video calls to provide information about our platform, policies, and requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and orientation programs for new tutors to familiarize them with our platform features, tools, and teaching methods.
• Collect and review required documentation from tutors, such as certifications, background checks, and proof of qualifications, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or talent acquisition, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
