Role: Teacher Trainer

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for teachers to enhance their instructional skills and effectiveness.
• Design workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions on various teaching methodologies, classroom management techniques, and educational technologies.
• Assess the professional development needs of teachers through surveys, observations, and feedback.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align teacher training initiatives with educational goals and curriculum standards.
• Provide individualised coaching and mentoring to teachers to support their professional growth and improvement.
• Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in education to inform training content and delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance assessments, and student outcomes.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Teaching certification and substantial experience as a classroom teacher.
• Proven track record in delivering effective teacher training and professional development programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional strategies, assessment practices, and educational technology integration.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, assess needs, and develop tailored training solutions.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring educators is desirable.
• Passion for continuous learning and commitment to support teacher growth and student achievement.
