We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Teachers to join our team at PATH IAS ACADEMY. As a UPSC/CGPSC Teacher for Civil Services Coaching, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and engaging instruction to students preparing for civil services examinations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a well-structured curriculum for your subjects, tailored to the needs of civil services aspirants.
• Deliver high-quality lectures and interactive sessions to students, ensuring effective understanding and retention of concepts.
• Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students, addressing their doubts and queries in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in geography and civil services examination patterns to incorporate relevant information into teaching materials.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as field trips and workshops, to enhance students' practical knowledge and application of geography concepts.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and performance, and communicate progress reports to parents or guardians.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches and promote a positive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops and conferences, to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a UPSC/CGPSC Teacher, preferably in a civil services coaching institute or a similar educational setting.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of concepts, particularly those relevant to civil services examinations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan lessons and manage students' progress.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed in their civil services aspirations.
• Ability to establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters active learning and student engagement.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms to enhance teaching and facilitate remote learning, if required.
