Flaviant Network Pvt. Ltd. (ForumIAS Academy) is an ed tech organization that follows a hybrid model of educating IAS aspirants. We are hiring for the role of Teaching Assistants.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Attend classes daily - TA shall be responsible to attend daily classes as per the following schedule.
- Classes will take place everyday (Monday-Sunday) without breaks. Cumulative break of 4 days will be provided at the end of a cycle of approx. 25 classes.
- Classes will take place in a 2+2 format, I.e., 2 hours for one subject followed by a break of 30 minutes and then another class for 2 hours.
- Fill the attendance sheet
- Provide Handout / study material printouts to students before commencement of the class.
- Prepare Class notes
- Address doubts of online students
- TA can address minor doubts if possible
- Intimate the faculty about online students doubts.
- Create Benchmark Assignment questions (Benchmark Assignments are to be sent everyday. Syllabus for the test is limited to the topics covered in the class.)
- Review the BA and send for final approval.
- Interact with students before/after the class to announce/inform about GS Foundation Program schedules/notice. Additionally, interaction needs to be friendly to get general feedback from students.
- Post class responsibility
- Fill the Class Monitor sheet to provide details of the class and provide constructive feedback.
- Scan the class notes and send the pdf file to GSFP office executive for record keeping.
- Update the management about the class by providing the following information/documents on the GSFP WhatsApp group.
- Fill the performa text about class details
- Upload class notes
- Screenshot of Class Monitor entry for the day
- Pdf version of Handouts / Study Materials shared in class.
- Compile 1-2 Subjective and 4-5 Objective questions to be utilized in the daily Benchmark Test.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure students are provided with Study materials & Resources like Red Books, Summary Books and Workbooks.
- Maintain a database of material provided to students and prevent inclusion/exclusion errors.
- Pro-active communication with management about class quality, students concerns and share ideas on improvement for the same.

- Candidate Must have written 2 mains
Experience of UPSC Examination will be an added advantage
