Study Group is looking for someone to lead a team of Student Induction Advisors. Their role involves surpassing sales expectations through consistently delivering outstanding qualitative and quantitative results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an individual contributor:
- Management of a sales pipeline from confirmation through to arrival in centre within the Direct Sales Process
- To provide sector leading education support that helps students arrive at their chosen Study Group Higher Education pathway programme
- Effective and impactful management of student data using Salesforce CRM to drive increased sales conversion
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to management and stakeholders
- Manage workload to maintain 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
As a team lead:
- Ensuring team compliance
- Ensure the quality of calls made by your team is of the highest standard by completing weekly audits and providing feedback.
- Ensure compliant and effective use of Salesforce & PureCloud by your team by conducting audits and reviewing available reporting within each system.
- Increasing the performance of your team
- Productivity – ensure all productivity KPIs are met/exceeded. Set daily targets for your team in conjunction with your line manager in response to peaks in lead volume. KPIs include number of connected calls and leads worked, average age of open leads, talk time.
- Quality – complete weekly call listening sessions with your team and provide feedback on areas of development and improvement by using proven feedback models. i.e Continue & begin, STAR (Situation, Behaviour, Action, Result), SBI (Situation, Behaviour, Impact). Monitor NPS response rates and ratings and address opportunities for improvement.
- Quantity – support SEAs to achieve the quantitative KPIs including offers and confirms through effective pipeline management
As Subject Matter Expert
- First point of contact for SIAs to assist in troubleshooting individual sales opportunities. Provide feedback including sharing of best practice to enable SIAs to avoid recurring issues.
- Encourage a continuous learning mentality within your teams, all learning and development modules are completed effectively and on time with regular learning check-ins to ensure the learning has been understood and is being implemented.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Admissions & Marketing as required.
ABOUT YOU
- 5yrs+ experience within the Higher education industry
- 5yrs+ experience in telesales
- 5yrs+ experience of leading, managing and developing a team
- Extensive knowledge and experience of managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Ability to identify a customer’s business drivers and influencing their buying behaviour in line with a customer value proposition
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace including the UK and Higher Education systems
- Enthusiasm for supporting and developing a team
- Outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to drive a team to work to a clearly defined processes
