Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at HomeGuru. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations of the Counselors team, developing and implementing effective processes and strategies, coordinating team schedules, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service to learners and tutors.

Qualifications

• Leadership, managerial, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing a team of tutors or instructors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of learners and tutors
• Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
