FACE Prep is hiring for the role of Team Lead (Inside Sales) Roles and Responsibilities: • Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals. • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. • Providing coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to improve their sales skills and performance. Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. • Managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to senior management. • Handling escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Main Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and leading a team. • Strong leadership and motivational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools. • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
