Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead - Study Abroad. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of study abroad consultants and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of study abroad programs. This is a full-time position based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in study abroad consultancy or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of study abroad programs, admission processes, and visa requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively lead a team and provide guidance and support
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with educational systems and institutions in countries like UK and Germany
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of study abroad consultants, providing guidance and support
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas educational institutions
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about study abroad programs and admission requirements
• Assist students in the application process, including document preparation and visa guidance
• Coordinate and organize events, workshops, and seminars related to study abroad programs
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the international education sector
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of student information
• Track and analyze team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
