Qualifications

• First and foremost, passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in any stream, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional writing skills. You should love creating stuff that people love to read. + if you have a public blog or a series of posts posted on any platform.
• Reasonable understanding of Behavioural skills. We will need you to build courses like Critical Thinking, Professional Skills for the Workplace, Learning how to learn, Principles of Science, Fundamentals of Business Management etc.

Responsibilities

Building Kalvium’s coursework:

• Building engaging lessons to teach behavioural skills for our CS students.
• Developing assessments to meaningfully evaluate learning outcomes on behavioural skills.
• Creating engaging activities that enable a rich learning experience for students to imbibe essential behavioural skills.

Location, timings and pay

Location: Remote (OR) In-office in Coimbatore

Timings: 6-days a week, 9 am to 6.30 pm

Pay: INR 10,000 per month for remote. INR 15,000 per month if you choose the in-office internship.

Duration: 2 to 3 months
