KodNest is searching for a dedicated Java Full Stack Trainer who possesses a deep understanding of technology and effective teaching methodologies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating learning paths, designing technical training programs, conducting in-house training, and significantly contributing to the career growth and development of numerous aspiring tech professionals.

Responsibilities:

In-Depth Training: Provide comprehensive training in technologies such as Java, React JS, MongoDB, MySQL, and ensure a robust understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to create learning paths and develop comprehensive programs and courses.

Career Shaping: Play a crucial role in shaping the careers of fresh graduates by equipping them with the necessary skills for their first job in the tech industry.

Program Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and implement necessary improvements.

Student Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students, offering career guidance and support as they navigate the job market.

Industry Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry to continually enhance the training curriculum.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 1-5 years or above of relevant experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, React, SQL, and web development tools like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub.

Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with software development industry trends and practices.
