Job Description

• Generate leads through tele calling and tele sales.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Eligibility

• Undergraduates can also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout
  with result in hand.)
• Minimum 6 months of proven experience (On Paper)
• Can communicate in Hindi and English both
• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead
  generation is preferred
• Location: Kolkata Salt Lake
• Salary: Upto 15k (In Hand)
