Job Description: Tele Caller 

The primary objective of the Tele Caller at Khaitan Education Centre is to generate qualified leads, engage with prospective parents, and schedule appointments for school visits, ultimately contributing to the enrollment and growth of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective parents to generate leads.
  • Gather necessary information and assess the interest and suitability of leads.
  • Follow the lead generation process and enter lead details accurately into the CRM system.

Engage with Prospective Parents:

  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing information about the school's offerings and answering their queries.
  • Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospective parents.
  • Highlight the unique features, curriculum, facilities, and benefits of the school.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments for prospective parents to visit the school.
  • Coordinate with the school administration to ensure smooth appointment booking.
  • Provide necessary information to parents regarding the appointment details, location, and any requirements.

Follow-up and Conversion:

  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and nurture their interest.
  • Persuade and encourage prospective parents to take the next step in the enrollment process.
  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments and ultimately into enrolled students.

Database Management:

  • Maintain an accurate and updated database of leads, including contact details, interaction history, and status updates.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with relevant information and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to track lead conversion rates and improve the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

Professional Etiquette:

  • Adhere to professional communication standards and maintain a friendly and professional tone during interactions.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and excellent customer service skills while addressing queries and concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
