Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Assist in hiring process by tracking candidates, scheduling and conducting first round of interviews procedures.
• Making end to end travel arrangements including booking transportation, accommodation as per company guidelines.
• Tracking all bookings and confirmations diligently on Excel trackers.
• Promptly responding on helpline number as per defined priority and SLAs
• Managing ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall operations of the startup.

Qualifications:

• Any degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of basic Excel .
• Ability to handle multiple calls , maintain trackers in a very diligent manner
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

Duration, Mode and Location of role:

• 3 months (can be extended based on the performance)
• 6 days In office
• Indiranagar, Bengaluru
