Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller for leading collage in Ahmedabad which is affiliated by Gujarat Technological University. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. As a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, you will be provided with the necessary training and support to excel in your role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Any Graduate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Ability to handle customer complaints or issues professionally

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our training and coaching services
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information about our services to interested individuals
  • Identify and understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, and update them on new offerings and promotions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as necessary
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant behavior
