About the Role: As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our student recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, informing them about our analytics programs, and answering their query.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote BIA programs.
• Provide clear and concise information about our courses, curriculum, and career opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for educational counseling sessions with our admissions team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Build rapport with potential students and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and confident command in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in telecalling or a related field (a plus).
