Qualifications And Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in telephone etiquette and handling customer calls
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and provide effective solutions
• Basic sales skills to promote Ondezx's services and persuade potential customers
• Problem-solving skills to address scholars' queries and concerns
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Patience and resilience to handle challenging situations with scholars
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but freshers with the right skills are encouraged to apply
Roles And Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about Ondezx's PhD assistance services
• Handle inbound calls from scholars seeking guidance and assistance
• Listen actively to scholars' requirements, offer suitable solutions, and guide them through the process
• Maintain a database of prospective customers and follow up with them regularly
• Achieve set targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation
• Build strong relationships with scholars to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide accurate information to customers
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer queries, concerns, and suggestions
