Job Description: Telecaller (Specializing in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada)
Responsibilities:
- Take inbound / outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in the university.
- Provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and financial aid options.
- Assist students in completing application forms and guide them through the enrolment process.
- Answer inquiries regarding campus facilities, student services, extracurricular activities, and accommodation options.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the university's database.
- Follow up with students via telephone and email to address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, information sessions, and other recruitment events.
- Meet or exceed enrolment targets and quotas set by the university.
- Stay updated on university policies, procedures, and academic offerings.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.
Requirements:
- Fresher May can apply with Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada languages (spoken Fluently).
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others achieve their educational goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or customer service is preferred.
