We are looking for a Tele Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer care services to clients over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a recent graduate, and have access to a laptop with wifi.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer care services to clients over the phone.
• Listen to clients and provide appropriate advice and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Identify and refer clients to other services as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Access to a laptop with wifi.
• Work from home opportunity.
• Recent graduates from 2020-2023
• Should know either of these languages (Odiya language/Hindi language/Gujarati language)
