Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali, be persuasive, and have a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and provide information about features and benefits.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers in conversation and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Salary - Rs. 10,000 - 15,000 PM.
