The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience; this role involves engaging with parents and addressing their concerns. Key Responsibility Area: · Conduct outbound calls to parents, introducing them to Hungry Brain's early brain development programs. · Ability to understand the Parents (Customers) requirement and present our program in such a way that matches the Parents requirement. · Ensuring proper follow up, updating tasks and CRM and call recordings. · Processing all Parents purchases accordingly. · Managing Parents accounts by ensuring that existing Parents remain satisfied with company product and services. · Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Parents to repeat business. · Using sales methods preferred by the company to drive sales. · To develop relations with customers that will generate references. Qualifications: ü Minimum Education – Graduation/HSC Passed ü Good Listening Skills. ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents on an emotional level. ü Preferences given to candidate who can speak Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada effectively communicate with parents and create a more personalized experience. ü Empathy and patience in handling sensitive situations and conversations.
