Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students via phone to promote college/university programs
- Explain the benefits of enrolling in our institution
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential students may have
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the college/university and its programs
- Keep accurate records of all communications with potential students
Skills: - Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in the local language
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
Working Hours:
- Full-time position 9.30AM to 6.30PM (Mon - Sat)
- Some evening and weekend work may be required
