We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at our EdTech company. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our EdTech products and services
- Identify and understand customer needs and requirements
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries or complaints
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Patience and ability to handle objections and rejection
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
