Job Overview

We are seeking a Tender Engineer Electrical to join our team at Tesk Training Consultancy. As a Tender Engineer Electrical, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders for electrical projects. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with a preference for candidates who have less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze tender documents and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing tender documents, specifications, and drawings related to electrical projects.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive tender submissions, including technical documents and pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and engineers to gather information and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and technical information for tenders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and feasibility.
• Support in the negotiation and clarification process during tender evaluation.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of tender documents, correspondence, and submissions.
• Provide support in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for client meetings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to electrical projects.
• Assist in post-tender activities, such as contract award evaluations and project handovers.
