• Responsible for overall sales performance for the inside sales team by ensuring that all products meet the target achievement.
• Weekly reviews of team leaders and provide solutions for the operational issues faced.
• Taking on projects for performance improvement.
• Ensuring that programs are closed within the time and budget.
• Control of attrition and responsible to hire the right talent for the team.
• Drive the team to achieve the targets by creating a performance oriented competitive culture.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Requirement
• Desired candidate should have problem solving skills, should have the ability to forecast sales.
• Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
